RYLA 2026 (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) is an immersive leadership experience taking place June 5–7, 2026, at Stetson University, bringing together outstanding high school students from across the district. Sponsored by Rotary clubs, the program focuses on leadership development, personal growth, and service.

Participants will engage in interactive workshops, team-building activities, and meaningful discussions centered on communication, collaboration, ethics, and leadership styles. Students will be challenged to step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, and form lasting connections with peers and mentors.

RYLA 2026 emphasizes the Rotary value of Service Above Self, encouraging students to lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose in their schools and communities.
